Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail to ship all UK & International orders. Standard processing time for UK orders is 2-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Standard processing time for International orders is 3-17 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 5 pm (GMT) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.

 

Please be aware that customers outside of the UK may incur additional customs duties or taxes or other customs requirements. Any such customs duties or taxes may be significant and so please ensure you confirm the position before placing your order. We are not responsible for any such customs duties, taxes or requirements, nor are we responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs duties or taxes or non-compliance, and we will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
